Commander Navy Region Hawaii and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam are sponsoring a Makahiki event that is open to the public on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Rainbow Bay Marina “A” Frame at 57 Arizona Memorial Drive.
